Rudy Bauer, our lead planner, has worked all over the world for DoD and other Federal Agencies for over 40 years.
Hands-on Planning Charrettes that comply with UFC 2-100-01, Installation Master Planning, is one of our specialties.
Planning is what we do: Installation Development Plans (IDPs), Area Development Plans (ADPs), Site Plans, Illustrative Plans, Requirement Analysis, Green Grass Planning, Brown Field Planning, Recreation Plans, Transportation Plans, Bikeway Plans, even plans for Glamping. If it is planning, we do it!

Our lead facilitator, Rudy Bauer, is a Certified Charrette Facilitator from the National Charrette Institute. He has nearly 40 years of experience in planning and programming documents and has worked with a wide variety of DOD and non-DOD clients. Rudy’s facilitation style is engaging and interactive, and his philosophy is that inclusion is key to a charrette’s success. Rudy allows each situation and set of stakeholders guide the flow of the charrette in order to develop a unique, custom experience and solutions. This emphasis on the individual client has helped him garner routinely positive comments in both after action reviews and CPARS ratings.
